French Toast

Very very simple and delicious breakfast. Some like french toast as a snack, but for me its a best brunch. For all the bachelors out there-------here comes a very tasty dish for u...

To prepare 4 or 5 toast, you will need

Bread slices - 4
Egg - 1
Milk - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp (optional)
Salt - a pinch
Ghee - 2 tbsp

Method

Mix together egg, sugar, salt and vanilla extract using a fork.




Now add milk and mix it slowly.


 Heat little ghee in a tawa, and dip the bread into the egg and milk mix put it on the tawa and cook it till both the sides turn golden. In between smear some ghee.








 Yummy yummy french toast thaiyyar.....
