You will need:-
Idli batter
Oil - 1 tsp
Method
Grease the idli moulds with oil. And fill it with idli batter.
Keep the moulds inside a steamer.
Cook it for 5 - 10 minutes.
Softy softy idly ready...
Serve it hot with your favourite side dish. (My plate is filled with idlis, tomato khurma and idli podi).
