To serve 3 you will need
Potatoes - 3, medium sized, boiled and finely mashed
Butter - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Crushed pepper - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Heat a kadai (nonstick kadai strictly recommended) now put half of the butter and melt it.
Now add the mashed potatoes along with the salt and crushed pepper and mix it nicely.
After a couple of minutes pour in the milk and mix slowly.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, finally add the remaining butter and cook till the butter melts.
You will get a creamy and satiny mashed potato.
