- After boiling the chicken or vegetables,drain the water(stock) and freeze it.. While preparing curries or gravies put 2 or 3 cubes of frozen stock. This will improve the taste
- Use only the egg white for giving your cutlets an egg wash.
- Unused bread slices can be dried in sunlight and stored in an air tight container. Whenever you need bread crumbs take them and powder in a mill.
- Mint leaves stay fresh for a long time if it is packed in a paper envelope and kept inside a freezer.
- Store medicines in a fridge after putting them in a plastic box.
- Papad can be stored in a freezer, don’t forget to thaw it before frying.
